AGAVE WORM & HOJA SANTA
Inspired by the magical atmosphere's of Mexico's food markets, agave worm salt has been around Mexican gastronomy for centuries and it is deeply connected with traditional cooking and with the Mezcal drinking culture.
GRASSHOPPER & GINGER
A tribute to Mexico´s precolombian food heritage with an Asian twist is this salt, where Grasshopper and Ginger are the leading actors.
Habanero & Orange
The Yucatán Peninsula ́s gastronomy inspired us to create this exotic alchemy in form of salt , specifically a dish called Cochinita Pibil in which these two ingredients to marinate the pork (cochinita) for long hours.

Epazote & Jalapeno
Epazote, also known as American is one of the most used herbs in mexican gastronomy. Besides delicious it has medicinal properties used since the prehispanic era. We added a hint of Jalapeno pepper to make it irresistible.
CHICATANA ANT AND CARDAMOM
Born to honor the bridge of flavours between India and México, Chicatana Ant has been an important piece of our prehispanic gastronomical legacy.
Hoja Santa & Lemon.
The Root Beer Plant, known as Hoja Santa, Hierba santa or Acuyo in Mexico ,transport us immediately to Oaxaca, where this herb has an important participation in Mexican gastronomy. It has unique flavours and aromas. It remind us of anise and black pepper We combined our salt also with lime to add a perfect acidity.
